A sense that something needs to change, or a recent shift that’s left you feeling off-balance and unsure of what's next.

A busy mind, constant overwhelm, looping thoughts, difficulty staying organized, or feeling like life takes more effort than it should.

Always putting others first, feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs, and realizing you’ve lost touch with yourself in the process.
I offer a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy for individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns like overthinking, perfectionism, and self-criticism, and work toward greater clarity, self-trust, and a more grounded sense of self. This work is especially helpful for those who want more than quick fixes and value depth, consistency, and meaningful growth.

Therapy at Well Counseling Collective is for individuals and families who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change, even if they’re not sure how to put it into words yet. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, overthinking, and the emotional weight that comes with trying to hold everything together.
Many people begin therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because something feels off, heavy, or unsustainable. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Therapy can offer a consistent, neutral space to talk through things, gain perspective, and receive support working towards your goals in a setting where your thoughts and experiences can be explored openly and without judgment.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult, what you’re hoping for, and any relevant history that helps provide context. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, this is just a starting point, not an evaluation.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from several evidence-based modalities depending on each client’s needs, goals, and preferences.
Some of the primary approaches I incorporate include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based and relational therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
At times therapy may focus more on understanding patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences. Other times we may work more actively on developing skills, processing past experiences, or shifting beliefs that are keeping you stuck. We will collaborate to find an approach that feels both supportive and effective for you.
Session frequency depends on your goals, current stressors, and what feels sustainable for you. Many clients start by attending sessions once per week and adjust over time. We’ll check in regularly and collaborate on a pace that supports meaningful progress without adding pressure.
Individual therapy sessions are $225 for a 55-minute session.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. Many clients with PPO plans are able to seek partial reimbursement through their insurance using out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill to support this process and am happy to talk through questions during a consultation.
Yes. In-person sessions are available by appointment in Newport Beach. I also offer virtual sessions for clients located in California.
A brief phone consultation is available to help determine if we’re a good fit and to answer any initial questions you might have.
Reaching out can feel like the hardest part. I aim to make getting started as simple and supportive as possible. You can reach out through the contact form to request a brief free consultation or schedule an initial session. From there, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, availability, and next steps. If we decide to move forward, we’ll work together to establish a plan that feels aligned with your needs, goals, and schedule.
